PREP FLOOR SEAL is a water-borne penetrating seal formulated from top quality polymers, a leveling resin and waxes. It is an effective floor seal for use under finish coats and can be used by itself as a combination seal/finish. PREP is compatible with a wide variety of floor surfaces and is virtually mistake-free to apply.
